DeltaXML’s new login system and what it means for you

Our new login

As part of our website redesign we have decided to deploy a new authentication system. Our new authentication platform of choice is auth0. This allows us to have more flexibility with logins – for example you can now authenticate using social logins such as LinkedIn:

What if I already have a DeltaXML account?

Customers who already have a DeltaXML account can carry on using their old login details. You can also link your existing login with a social login by logging in through your existing account and then a social login (provided they have matching email addresses). We recommend logging in once through your existing account to trigger auth0 to import your account into its system.

What can I do with my account?

With your account you can request downloadable trials of products, post on our new support forums and comment on blog posts.
