DeltaXML, a leader in developing innovative comparison and merging technologies, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence globally.
You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets in the enterprise segment, leading a small go-to-market sales and marketing team with growth plans. You will play an active role in the overall go-to-market strategy design and developing strategic sales plans, deal creation / development / closing with a focus on winning new clients and footprint expansion in our existing installed base.
This position requires solid experience in enterprise sales in the document or content management markets regionally or globally with knowledge of vertical market use cases, a strong sense of the joint sales and marketing collaboration to drive a healthy sales pipeline, strong leadership skills, a proven track record of creating a positive culture, scaling sales teams and consistently meeting or over-achieving sales goals. This is a pivotal role for DeltaXML as we navigate new opportunities and explore new technologies.
Position is hybrid – working from home and ~6 days per month in our office in Malvern, Worcestershire and elsewhere as required by the role.
