Enterprise and Professional Pricing
Our DeltaXML Core product is available as either an Enterprise or Professional version. Note that DeltaXML Sync is available as an Enterprise version only, and it now includes DeltaXML Core.
The DeltaXML Core Enterprise version is available on a 3-year licence from $4,000 per server (includes up to two multi-core CPUs) and includes a free test and development server. A perpetual licence is $8,000 for a similar configuration. Corporate discounts are available for the Enterprise version of the product. Please contact us directly with details of your planned hardware platform and implementation for a specific quote for your organisation.
DeltaXML Core Professional is a self-serve item from our website and is available as a Named User or Server licence. Note that the Professional licence is priced per CPU core. We recommend the Enterprise licence for most applications because if is cost-effective for multi-core CPUs, especially where a test/development server is also needed, and access to full enterprise-level support is available.
DeltaXML Enterprise products
Enterprise products are our premium product offering for large corporates and are only available as a server offering. Enterprise licences offer the following additional benefits:
- free development / test / QA environments (up to number of CPUs/Servers purchased for production)
- no additional charge for multi-core CPUs
- includes up to two days telephone and email system integration consultancy with our professional services team
- includes full IP (Intellectual Property) and other warranties
- two supported developers per server (with support option)
- free use for development work on laptops/PCs
- provided without software keys allowing ultimate deployment flexibility
- 50% discount on Server/CPU prices for hot-backup or non-production environments
- annual licence fee available for software rental including support, ask for quote
- generous discount structure
Support and Maintenance is charged at 17.5% per annum of the total contract value. Support and Maintenance includes all product upgrades and access to both support and development staff. Enterprise products cannot be purchased online, please contact us or use our sales enquiry form to ask ask for quote.
Enterprise Server Licences.
Prices are from $4,000 (up to two multi-core CPUs) for a 3-year licence, and $8,000 per server for a perpetual licence. Please contact us for a quote for your particular system. A typical configuration is available as follows:
Small user - one server (two multi-core cpus) with free test and development available from $8,000 for a perpetual licence with annual support and maintenance at $1400.
Corporate discounts are available for orders over $20,000.
DeltaXML Core Professional products
DeltaXML Core Professional can be purchased directly from our website at the prices listed below. Professional products can be purchased on a Named User or Server (per processor core) basis. There is a data limit in the Named User products of 1 million nodes per transaction (approx 10 - 100 MB of data). Limited support is available free through our Support Forum.
You can purchase maintenance which provides free upgrades to new versions of the product released during the maintenance period. When not on maintenance upgrades are charged at 60% of the applicable license fee. When purchasing Professional products you must agree to the license conditions as provided on the website. The Professional product is tied to either a named user (a person) or to a specific server.

All prices exclude VAT which will be added as appropriate (this tax only applies to companies and individuals in the European Union).

OEMs
Both DeltaXML Core Enterprise and DeltaXML Sync Enterprise are available as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products for embedding in your products. Many of our customers are OEM suppliers and we work with all our OEMs to tailor pricing structures to suit your needs. If you have an application which could benefit from using DeltaXML Core's technology but employ a different pricing system than per CPU then we will always try to accommodate you.
