DeltaXML Professional products
DeltaXML Core Professional and Sync Professional can be purchased directly from our website at the prices listed below. Professional products can be purchased on a Named User or Server (per CPU core) basis. There is a data limit in the Named User products of 1 million nodes per transaction (approx 10 - 100 MB of data). Limited support is available free through our Support Forum.
You can purchase maintenance which provides free upgrades to new versions of the product. When not on maintenance upgrades are charged at 60% of the applicable license fee. When purchasing Professional products you must agree to the license conditions as provided on the website. The Professional product is tied to either a named user (a person) or to a specific server.
DeltaXML Enterprise products
Enterprise products are our premium product offering for large corporates and are only available as a server offering. Whilst offering the same functionality as the corresponding Professional products they have the following additional benefits (more):
- free development / test / QA environments (up to number of CPUs purchased for production)
- no additional charge for dual-core or quad-core CPUs
- includes up to two days telephone and email system integration consultancy with our professional services team
- includes full IP (Intellectual Property) and other warranties
- one supported developer per server CPU (with support option)
- provided without software keys allowing ultimate deployment flexibility
- 50% discount on CPU prices for hot-backup or non-production environments
- contract license arrangements can be tailored to client requirements
- annual license fee available for software rental including support, ask for quote
- generous discount structure
Enterprise customers pay per CPU regardles of the number of cores in the
processor, so dual-core and quad-core processors are not charged extra.
Support and Maintenance is charged at 17.5% per annum of the total contract
value. Support and Maintenance includes all product upgrades and access to both
support and development staff. Enterprise products cannot be purchased online,

Prices
Pricing Grid - July 2007 (we reserve the right to update this at any time without prior notice). Prices are quoted in US dollars, prices in Euros and Pounds Sterling are also available. All prices exclude VAT which will be added as appropriate (this tax only applies to companies and individuals in the European Union).

Enterprise Server Licences.
Please contact us for a quote for your particular system. Typical configurations are available as follows:
Small user - one dual-core server with free test and development available from $3,400 per annum including support and maintenance, or $8,000 perpetual excluding support and maintenance.
Medium user - one server with two dual-core CPUs with hot back up (also two dual-core CPUs) with free test and development available from $10,000 per annum including support and maintenance, or $24,000 perpetual excluding support and maintenance.
Corporate discounts are available for orders over $20,000
OEMs
Both DeltaXML Core Enterprise and DeltaXML Sync Enterprise are available as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products for embedding in your products. Many of our customers are OEM suppliers and we work with all our OEMs to tailor pricing structures to suit your needs. If you have an application which could benefit from using DeltaXML Core's technology but employ a different pricing system than per CPU then we will always try to accommodate you.
